4.1 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

• Withdrawal Processing Time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times (10x) the total of the deposit and bonus amount.
• The bonus is applicable only once and only for new members.
• The turnover requirement must be completed within 30 days of claiming the bonus.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions:

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — completing the turnover requirement is mandatory.
• Another bonus cannot be activated while one is already in progress (unless specifically stated otherwise).
• If a bonus is abused or used in a fraudulent manner, the bonus and related winnings will be forfeited.
• ah365 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

ah365's VIP program has three tiers and promotions are based on regular play:

• Bronze: weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
• Silver: weekly cashback up to 0.7%.
• Gold: weekly cashback up to 1.0%.

Promotion to a VIP tier is determined based on your regular activity and participation on the platform. Cashback is added every Monday to eligible active accounts.

6.1 General Betting Rules

Once a bet or game round has been settled, it cannot be changed. If a game result is voided due to a technical error, the relevant bet amount will be returned to the member's balance.

• A bet cannot be cancelled once it has been confirmed.
• The game provider's server-side record will be considered final.
• ah365 reserves the right to void any unusual winnings resulting from a software error.

6.2 Sports Betting

Specific rules apply to each event when betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events), football (FIFA), kabaddi, and other sports. If a match is abandoned or postponed, action will be taken in accordance with the betting policy.
